Job Title: Interim Senior Collections Officer

We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Collections Officer to join our client's team in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating mortgage payment arrangements and finding alternative solutions for customers to minimize debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and provide empathetic support.
  • Utilize effective questioning and listening skills to address arrears and negotiate sustainable payment arrangements.
  • Manage financial support throughout the customer journey and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of team members as a coach and role model.

Requirements:

  • Experience dealing with mortgage collections, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and provide excellent customer service.
