Job Title: Interim Senior Collections Officer (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Collections Officer to join our client, a specialist in Financial Services / Mortgage Lending.

The successful candidate will be responsible for confidentially negotiating mortgage payment arrangements and finding alternative solutions for customers to minimize debts.

Please note that this role offers hybrid working and a great benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial support throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Experience in mortgage collections, preferably within Financial Services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
