Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Collections Officer to join our client's team in Financial Services / Mortgage Lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating mortgage payment arrangements and finding alternative solutions for customers to minimize debts.

This role offers hybrid working and a great benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with mortgage collections, ideally within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial situations
  • Utilize effective questioning and listening skills to address arrears
  • Manage financial support throughout the customer journey
  • Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements with customers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support the development of team members as a coach and role model
