Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work on a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery
  • Identifying and troubleshooting faults, making repairs as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Fitter in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits

This is a competitive salary package offering a salary of £40,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities. You will also receive comprehensive training and development, as well as the chance to progress your career within the company.

Location

The role is based in Hexham, Northumberland, and you will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with an early finish on Fridays. There may also be occasional call-outs outside of working hours.
