As a Fraud Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers' and the bank's interests by leveraging data analytics to prevent and detect fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert fraud consultancy support, including analysis and investigations of complex problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Utilize SQL, Fabric, and various analytical tools to identify and refine fraud strategies.
  • Review, enhance, and manage existing fraud processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and analyze fraud risk MI to identify emerging fraud themes, risks, and issues or deficient controls.
  • Provide trusted advice and support to business areas to ensure fair outcomes and avoid fraud-specific and/or PSR breaches.
  • Develop fraud training, awareness strategies, and action plans to address identified gaps or capability issues.
  • Support the delivery of operational resilience activities and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor and identify suspicious trends and patterns, suggesting preventative actions and improvements to current procedures, policies, and systems.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, supported by extensive technical fraud experience across various fraud typologies.
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging data (SQL, Fabric, etc.) to refine fraud strategies and lead the development of a fraud prevention strategy.
