Graduate Deployment Manager

Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Oceaneering's ROV Tooling for deployment, readiness, reliability, and performance, maintenance, future technology. This includes working with the Service Excellence team to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of all ROV tooling assets. Conduct and manage monthly status/audit health checks of ROV Tools by type of assets. Work with the workshop team to ensure all tools in red-tagged or demob status are being pushed for readiness on agreed timelines and budgets. Collaborate with commercial and project management teams to assist with allocation support and technical support in relation to new customer design requirements and tool development. Support project requirements, assist in technical project support, and any associated support needed for front-end planning (tooling integration, front-end procedures). Determine future requirements for new tooling technology with Product Management, Area Leadership, Commercial, and Operations. Ensure tooling maintenance on offshore ROV Tools are being performed and tracked with the Service Excellence team. Work with Service Excellence and Project Management teams for offshore tooling rotation needs to ensure tool swaps are aligned. Incorporate reliability improvements and implementation of these efforts for tools or groups of tools. Analyze R&M costs and identify ROV tools for retirement and/or replacement. Provide market intel to Commercial and Fleet Manager. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and PeopleSoft ERP System. Hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.
Requirements
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Management or related experience. Offshore/oilfield operational experience.
