The Commercial Graduate role at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen offers a unique opportunity to start your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a Commercial Graduate, you will be part of the Commercial team and report directly to a Commercial Lead or Senior Tender Manager.

During this 18-month graduate program, you will rotate through various areas of the Commercial function, including Tendering, Post Contract Award, and Business Development. This hands-on experience will allow you to support each team, build extensive knowledge, and take on increasing responsibilities. You will also gain insights into other key functions such as Project Services, Engineering, and Finance, broadening your understanding of our business.

The program kicks off in the fall of 2025 and includes ample time for personal development, with both personal goals and business objectives set for each stage. You will receive support from senior colleagues and Line Managers throughout the program.

To excel in this role, you should have a relevant degree, preferably in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying, and have graduated within the last two years. You should also possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
