Boskalis Subsea Services is seeking a talented Commercial Graduate to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Commercial Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial function, providing contractual and commercial support to mitigate risks and optimize project delivery.

Throughout the 18-month graduate program, you will rotate through various areas of the Commercial function, including Tendering, Post Contract Award, and Business Development. This hands-on experience will allow you to build extensive knowledge, take on increasing responsibilities, and gain insights into other key functions such as Project Services, Engineering, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide contractual and commercial support to the Commercial team
  • Assist in tendering, post-contract award, and business development activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
