Nurse Manager in CAMHS

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital as a Nurse Manager in CAMHS. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to young people aged 12-18 with diagnosed mental health conditions.
About the Role- Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensure the provision of high-quality, individualised person-centred standards of care are delivered to all patients.
- Ensure effective supervision and development of staff.
- Work as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This is a full-time position, working 37.62 hours per week on a rota basis. You will be required to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
