Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front of House Assistant at Bannatyne.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry, with full training provided.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring they receive a warm welcome and have a memorable experience.
You will be working closely with our reception team to ensure that all guests are checked in and out efficiently, and that any queries or issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- To work closely with the reception team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- To maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
- To assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers, and retail products.
Salary
The salary for this role is £11.64 per hour.
