Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception team at The Link Hotel, located on the picturesque Loughborough University campus.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
- To manage the front office operations efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and consistency across all aspects of the guest experience.
- To work closely with the hotel management team to implement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- To be responsible for the training and development of the front office team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Salary: £12.50 per hour (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week)
