Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing a team of designers to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Lead the design team in the development of innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimating, commercial, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Challenging designers to ensure good value design and procuring scopes for design sub-consultants.
- Coordinate the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects are considered.
- Control design costs and measure design within tender budgets.
- Utilize industry-leading software, including Microsoft Office suite, Asta programming, and CAD, True View, Revit, or BIM.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working for a main contractor or similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
