Job Opportunity at First Bus Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a small team of cleaners and ensure the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet of vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months cleaning supervisory experience and be a UK resident. They must also have experience of using heavy duty cleaning machinery and chemicals. COSH/IOSH past training experience would be advantageous, but not essential, as we will provide H&S training.
About the Role:
- Oversee a small team of Presentation Team Members and assist with planning the rota, duty and shift allocations.
- Assist with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises with the use of specialist equipment and chemicals.
- Assist with fuelling, oiling, watering, shunting and parking of vehicles.
- Complete cleaning records, cover shifts, quality control audits on cleaners.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at work policy, ensuring protective clothing is used properly at all times and appropriate practices and procedures are always followed.
We offer a competitive salary of £16.11 p/h (£32,761.00 annually) and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including free travel on our buses for you and your family, a pension scheme, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
About You:
- Minimum of 12 months cleaning supervisory experience.
- UK resident.
- Experience of using heavy duty cleaning machinery and chemicals.
