Job Title: Senior Residential Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Manager to lead our team and ensure that the looked after children have a safe and supportive environment to thrive in. As a Senior Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the standards and expectations of the statement of purpose and complies with the Children's Homes Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the team to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
* Monitor and maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
* Protect the welfare of young people, responding to concerns and ensuring their safety
* Build positive relationships with local authorities, schools, and other professionals

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services
