Senior Residential Childcare Professional

As a Senior Residential Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that each child receives a tailored approach to their needs, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic strategies to promote emotional and psychological well-being
- Mentor and support a team of residential childcare workers
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in residential childcare
- Passion for using therapeutic approaches in care
