About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership position in our residential care team at St Philips Care Group.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

You will lead and develop a team of care workers, implementing person-centred care plans and promoting resident participation in care planning and review.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home setting, with a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum awaits, depending on experience. Plus, enjoy full training, paid induction, shadow shifts, holiday entitlement, flexible scheduling, and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme worth £100.
