Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Care Team: Develop and coordinate a team of care workers to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Coordinating Resident Care: Ensure a system is in place that promotes residents' participation in care planning and reviewing.
  • Maintenance of Medication and Care Delivery: Be responsible for maintaining appropriate medication and care delivery for a designated group of service users.
  • Daily Hygiene and Dressing Needs: Assist residents with their daily hygiene and dressing needs.
  • Training and Development: Attend in-service training arranged as part of staff development and mandatory training.

You will work closely with the Manager to ensure the overall management of the home runs smoothly.
