Adecco UK Limited is currently seeking an experienced Command and Control Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a temporary ongoing role working Monday to Thursday 0830-1630, Friday 0830-1600 and will be office based.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and advice on the high-level configuration and administration of our Command and Control systems suite. This will include implementing and testing new business designs, amended designs, test and configure new functionality and software releases received from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and test new business designs and amended designs
  • Configure new functionality and software releases
  • Maintain a thorough technical and business understanding of the Command and Control systems suite, Pronto, associated interfaces and core police systems
  • Create and maintain positive communication to ensure strong and effective working relationships are developed with individuals, teams and colleagues
  • Document and store configuration changes in an appropriate manner
Requirements:
  • Experience of working under different development methodologies (such as Iterative and Agile)
  • Understanding of project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
  • Experience working as part of a team to deliver change
  • Ability to problem solve and demonstrate methodical approach to problem solving/diagnosis of faults using appropriate tools

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
