We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at hireful. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance aspects of our business, including invoicing, reconciliation, credit control, and allocations. You will process and apply cheques/BACS received to correct accounts on a daily basis and manage the Credit Control function for specified brands.

  • Process all outgoing client cheques for claims, refunds, commissions, and ad-hoc payments for specified brands and products.
  • Process the ADDACS/ARRUD/AUDDIS advices as received for the specified brands and products.
  • Process and control the credit note process in accordance with guidelines for the specified brands and products.
Requirements
  • AAT part qualified (Desirable).
  • Good IT skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting systems.
  • Previous experience of working in a finance department with exposure to credit control.
