We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to thrive in a fast-paced environment where expertise will be valued.
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for handling payroll and accounts tasks with precision and attention to detail. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our back-office team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll and accounts administration, with a strong understanding of relevant procedures and protocols. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll processes from start to finish
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Preparing and submitting financial reports as required
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
