  • Process payroll data using IRIS software.
  • Manage HMRC queries and RTI submissions.
  • Calculate employee benefits, including SMP, SSP, and holiday pay.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the payroll team to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll processing, preferably with accountancy or bureau background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
