Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience with CAS status and a proven track record in writing business
  • Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience dealing with New Homes mortgages is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of current compliance regulations
  • Highly competent using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full driving licence and use of own car
  • Smart and well presented at all times, portraying a professional image
