We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Literacy Support Specialist to join our team at CV-Library.

The successful candidate will have a degree in English or a related subject and experience of working with children and young people. The role involves working closely with experienced professionals to develop and deliver bespoke interventions and support strategies that meet the individual needs of each student.

As a key member of our team, you will assist students with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them access the curriculum and make progress in their learning. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Assist students to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning
  • Develop and deliver bespoke interventions and support strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff

Requirements:

  • A degree in English or a related subject
  • Experience of working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £9,000 - £13,000 per annum, pro rata, based on 90-130 days worked per year. Ongoing training and development opportunities are also available.
