Senior People Advisor

Agile Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in delivering a proactive and commercial advisory service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve routine and complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes in all ER matters.
  • Provide expert guidance, advice, and support to the business on ER issues, influencing key decision makers.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Proven track record in HR managing complex ER cases independently and with HR colleagues.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also to work autonomously.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders and senior managers through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and application of employment legislation, including right to work and sponsored workers.
  • Experience of developing HR policies and procedures and training to support managers and employees' learning and development.
  • Highly driven and passionate about HR and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology.
