Salary: £36,000 per annum

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production engineers and other team members as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of apprentices, helping them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in sourcing spare parts and establishing stock levels for equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance equipment performance, safety, and efficiency.
