Strategic Client Manager

Are you a seasoned Account Manager looking to drive commercial success and make a meaningful impact? As an Enterprise Relationship Director, you'll own strategic partnerships with major enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and deepening relationships with assigned portfolios of large enterprise clients
- Driving client success through strategic partnership and innovative solutions
- Leading complex sales cycles from pitch to close, expanding their footprint within existing accounts
- Developing and executing impact plans that align with clients' objectives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Tracking and forecasting retention, expansion, and commercial opportunities
- Proven track record in B2B account management with experience handling complex sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience selling to enterprise clients (SAAS experience beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Outstanding communication skills and presentation abilities
