Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Partnership Manager to join our team in the UK. This role will be responsible for implementing and delivering the B2B business development strategy for Alternative Provision (AP) in the UK.


About the Role


This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Regional Business Partnership Manager for Academy A21 within Inspired Online schools. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business development experience in the public sector, with a strong focus on account management and relationship-building.


The ideal candidate will have:



  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven business development experience in a growth environment with a proven track record of key account management
  • Strong commercial awareness and results orientation
  • Demonstrable success in identifying, nurturing and converting business leads and providing outstanding customer service
  • Proven experience of developing successful relationships within local authorities
  • Developed listening skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into tangible service options
  • Strong analytical skills, with a good attention to detail, enabling them to make a valuable contribution to decisions relating to the development of Inspired Online Schools' offering in the marketplace
  • Highly aware of the tech space and how existing and emerging technologies can be incorporated into education
  • Flexible and energetic approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, collaborative delivery culture
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to form good relationships both internally and externally with respective customers and partners
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively with other team members and Inspired Education colleagues where appropriate
