Job Description:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the RSF training programme for schools and education sectors across the UK. Your key objectives will include:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive training programme for school staff and peer-to-peer education for children and young people
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including trainers, facilitators, and other partners
  • Collaborating with CRM support colleagues to ensure effective programme management
Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities as the Education Sector Development Manager will be to develop and deliver the RSF training programme for schools and education sectors. This will involve:

  • Leading the development of resources to support the training programme content
  • Representing the Ruth Strauss Foundation at conferences, workshops, and meetings
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and families affected by bereavement
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Salary:

An estimated salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum depending on experience

Location:

Flexible across the week between home and office, with office hours 1-2 days per week
