At Nfp Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Policy and Public Affairs to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in developing policy positions, statements, and outputs that drive positive change.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about advocating for women facing marginalisation and exclusion. If you have experience in developing public affairs strategies that centre the voice of women in contact with the criminal justice system, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and leading a public affairs strategy that centres the voice of women in contact with the criminal justice system
  • Leading on the development of policy positions, statements, and outputs
  • Developing, building, and contributing to authentic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders

Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 depending on location. We offer a hybrid contract with ideally 1-2 days per week in our London or Manchester office, with occasional national travel required.
