About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our People function in London. As the Head of People, you will be responsible for driving our people agenda to enable our overall talent strategy under the direction of our CPO & Iris Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support both the business vision and our employee experience.
  • Partner with our Head of L&D to lead and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
  • Manage the London People team to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, insights, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations to our business leaders on actions they can take locally to manage but equally be ahead of the game on engagement, performance, DE&I, etc.
  • Establish and lead a community of People Leads including Europe, Americas, and Asia.
