As a Junior Delivery Manager at PA Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients to deliver some of the UK's most complex products and services. You will be responsible for setting the team up for success, supporting them in problem-solving and planning, and enabling them to come up with their own insights within the complex constraints our clients face today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in delivering complex projects and programmes
  • Set up teams for success and enable them to work effectively
  • Support problem-solving and planning activities
  • Enable teams to come up with their own insights and solutions

Requirements

  • Experience of working in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods
  • Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc) is desirable
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders across all levels
