Job Title: Housekeeping Turndown Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to join our team at Thornbury Castle. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that bedrooms are prepared to the highest standard for our guests' comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bedroom Preparation: Ensure bedrooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with linen, amenities, and collaterals.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and maintain bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests where required, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintenance: Report any maintenance deficiencies to the housekeeping manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is desirable but not necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a good eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Hospitality: Have an interest in developing a career in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: £11.92 per hour (depending on experience).
  • Part-Time Position: 16-20 hours a week, 6:30pm – 10:30pm 5 days a week, including weekends.
