Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join our Support & Family Safeguarding Team in Slough. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £47,460 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement outcome-based plans for children and families in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Foster effective relationships with children, young people, and their families to enhance the impact of our work and determine the level of service required.
- Participate in regular auditing activities to maintain high standards of social work practice and record-keeping.
- Determine financial assessments and contributions, as well as levels of needs and service where applicable.
- Maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies, including voluntary, community, schools, police, health, and other statutory agencies.
- Ensure accurate records of all work undertaken, utilizing comprehensive Integrated Children's System practices.
- Provide coverage for team members and undertake projects commensurate with job level requirements.
