About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school environment with a focus on student welfare and pastoral care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students who need help overcoming barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure students receive the best possible education
  • Help promote positive relationships between students and staff
  • Support students in developing their academic and personal skills

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 per year (pro rata), depending on experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
