Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join the team at Henderson Brown. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's supply chain, integrating various elements for efficiency. This will involve leading team development and capability assessments, with a focus on third-party logistics (3PL), tenders, supplier relations, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bringing supply chain strand elements together to achieve seamless operations
  • Developing and implementing transformation initiatives to enhance team capabilities
  • Managing 3PL tenders, supplier relations, and cost optimization to drive business growth
  • Overseeing material management, forecast management, and inventory control to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse team, 3P packaging operations, and procurement to drive process reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain management position
  • Food manufacturing background with a strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
