About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain, integrating various elements for efficiency. You will lead team development and capability assessments, with a focus on third-party logistics (3PL), tenders, supplier relations, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring supply chain strand elements together to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Develop and implement transformation initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance
  • Lead 3PL tenders, supplier relations, and cost optimization efforts to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Oversee material management, forecast management, and inventory control to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team, 3P packaging operations, and procurement to drive process reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain management position, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights
