• Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies, ensuring top-tier products are sourced responsibly.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply to customers, minimizing disruptions and delays.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovation, including sustainability and market developments.

**Requirements**

• Strong leadership experience and qualities, with a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management.

• Experience in sourcing within a low-cost country supply base, ideally in the Far East.

• Commercially focused mindset, with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a matrix supply chain operation, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
