**Location:** Romford, RM3

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Career Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Assistant for SEND School in Romford. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and a strong commitment to supporting their academic and personal growth.

About the Job:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons and activities
  • Assist pupils with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a SEND setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure
