As a Challenging Behaviours Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with complex needs
- Developing personalized strategies to maintain their emotional wellbeing and mental health
- Recording all interactions and updating records as necessary
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.50 per hour, along with access to our Employee Assistance Program, industry-leading training, and other benefits.
