About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will be part of a warm and supportive team, working in a household setting that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Cooking and Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Dementia Care: Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and engagement of residents with dementia.
  • Deputizing: Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Lead Senior Support Worker.
  • Exercise and Activities: Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and daily activities.
