Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and reviews to identify client needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
