Job Description

This Property Manager role will be responsible for providing excellent communication, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

You will provide telephone and written communication for tenancy duration, resolve issues with landlords and arrange works with contractors, keep tenants and landlords updated on progress and log notes, and work with the team to complete works and update customers within 21 days.

You will also ensure all properties comply with legislation and company processes, collaborate with Property Visit Clerks to inspect properties and communicate with landlords and tenants, and work with team leaders to understand lost units and improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a professional telephone manner, organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

A full UK Driving License is required for this position.
