About the XP Gaming Team

TikTok's XP Gaming Team is dedicated to helping gaming publishers unlock their creative potential, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the Gaming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global accounts to drive adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions.
  • Build and foster long-term senior relationships with regional client decision makers and their agency counterparts.
  • Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with advertisers.
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with agency teams on key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, and account strategy.
Requirements
  • Expertise in the XP Gaming industry, preferably as a brand owner or part of the digital transformation/digital media team.
  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and/or hands-on experience working with media agencies and Gaming industry partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives.
  • Best-in-class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional language skills.
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience in the gaming industry, or in digital media servicing the gaming industry players. Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams. Understanding of TikTok and TikTok's commercial offering. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
