The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful partnerships and experience working with external game development teams. You will be responsible for scouting, engaging, and integrating external partners to meet Supercell's creative and operational needs.


Responsibilities include:



  1. Scouting, engaging, and integrating external game development partners
  2. Building strong relationships with internal game teams and external partners
  3. Representing Supercell at international industry events
  4. Championing a culture of co-development within the company
  5. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in co-development
  6. Optimizing partnership processes and workflows

Requirements include:



  1. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in game development
  2. Experience working with external co-development studios
  3. Self-starter with hands-on entrepreneurial attitude
  4. Willingness to travel internationally
