About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Accent Catering Services Ltd. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our directors and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice on a range of business matters, including contract law, employment law, and data protection.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and other third parties.
  • Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and LGPS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legal business matters, including contract law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to a non-legal audience.
  • Experience with standards and regulations that impact the business, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive working culture.
