Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a rapidly expanding business?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant - Fixed Term to join our busy team at Truck & Trailer.

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Acting as a receptionist for visiting company personnel, drivers, and customers
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing all post and emails received, and preparing outgoing mail
  • Raising invoices
  • Other general administration

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent telephone manner, have strong administrative skills, and be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and have a clean driving license.

Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution, or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
