We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business, working closely with our experienced founders, board members, and CEOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
  • Top-tier academics, preferably with an MBA
  • A humble approach and a passion for building companies and developing people

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of up to 80K GBP
  • A significant equity stake in the business, with a potential upside of 10-20%
