Job Summary

Ki Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing within our organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and deploy new reward processes, manage the transition to a new operating model, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in reward, benefits, and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a senior reward role in a complex and regulated organization, with experience across the full compensation and benefits landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing within Ki Insurance.
  2. Design and deploy new reward processes, including total reward, wellbeing, and pensions.
  3. Manage the transition to a new operating model and provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in reward, benefits, and wellbeing.
  4. Act as an SME offering advice on reward, benefits, and wellbeing to senior stakeholders.
  5. Lead the development of Ki's wellbeing strategy, including providing MI and insight to support leadership's understanding of employee wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a senior reward role in a complex and regulated organization.
  • Experience across the full compensation and benefits landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
