The role of a Service Manager is a superb opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a busy and well-established main dealer site in the Dover area. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, managing technicians and mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, and ensuring that service advisors are customer-focused and meet upselling targets.

You will also play a critical role in working closely with senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met. This requires a constant drive to improve departmental performance and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in aftersales/service management, with at least three years' experience in a main dealership environment. Knowledge of systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link would be advantageous.
