The JCC Greater Boston is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as the Director of Pathways. This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals in creating enriching, supportive, and memorable experiences for children with special needs.

In this position, you will work closely with the Program Director and Assistant Pathways Director to provide support services to our campers with disabilities, ensuring they have access to all aspects of our camp program.

You will be responsible for training staff to effectively work with campers with special needs, providing clear and supportive communication with parents, and modeling professionalism and patience in all interactions.

This is an hourly position, 8:15 - 4:15, Monday - Friday, for the camp season.* You will also attend and help facilitate 3 or 4 staff meetings on Monday afternoons at Camp and/or evenings at JCC Greater Boston.

Estimated salary: $42,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)
